If you contact me by email, the personal data you provide will be processed solely for the purpose of handling your enquiry and communicating with you.

This includes, in particular, your email address, the content of your message and any other information you provide voluntarily.

The processing is carried out on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to the conclusion or performance of a contract. In all other cases, the processing is based on my legitimate interest pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR in properly handling and responding to enquiries.

The data will be deleted once your enquiry has been fully dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations or other legitimate grounds require further storage.

Appointment Scheduling via Calendly

This website provides a link to the appointment scheduling service Calendly for arranging meetings. The provider is Calendly, Inc., 115 E Main St., Ste A1B, Buford, GA 30518, USA.

Simply visiting this website does not result in personal data being transmitted to Calendly. Only when you select the appointment link do you leave this website and access the Calendly website. Calendly then processes personal data in accordance with its own privacy information. The data you enter when booking an appointment is also transmitted to me.

Where personal data is transmitted to me in connection with an appointment booking, it is processed solely for the purpose of organising, conducting and, where applicable, following up on the relevant meeting.

The processing is carried out on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the appointment is connected with pre-contractual measures or a contractual relationship. In all other cases, the processing is based on my legitimate interest pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR in efficient appointment scheduling and communication.

Storage Period

Personal data is stored only for as long as necessary for the respective processing purposes.
